TOEIC
The TOEIC preparation course is designed to familiarize students with the TOEIC test and through carefully structured practical exercises help students upgrade their ranking on this internationally recognized testing system.
TOEIC is primarily business-oriented and is therefore recommended for people currently in full-time employment. Ideally, managerial and sales, employees in international business, commerce, and industry where English language skills are necessary and people whose professional training will be conducted in English. Many universities require that their students take the TOEIC test prior to graduation. TOEIC test scores indicate how well people can communicate in English with others in the global workplace.
The course is divided into the following areas:
- Listening
- Reading
- Structure / Grammar
Admission Requirements
Students who wish to enroll in the TOEIC course must have reached Intermediate (6) International level or achieved a minimum TOEFL® EEC placement test of 500.
Course Materials
The TOEIC course is mainly based on the Longman course material, supplemented by exercises from Chauncey/Peterson course material.
Certificate
Upon completion of the course, you will receive your TOEIC certificate.
Teachers
All teachers have a Bachelors's degree and a TEFL certificate. They also have extensive experience in teaching English at academic levels.
